Shipping information
In Sweden
We provide free shipping to all orders in Sweden. Orders placed will be shipped by our partners: DHL Service Point, Postnord.
Please expect about 3-5 business days from the date of purchase for your item(s) to be packed & shipped. During promotional or holiday weeks, your order will ship within 7-10 business days.
In Europe
We can deliver our product to almost countries in Europe . However, we don’t provide free shipping outside Sweden. If you have a question regarding your shipping fees outside Sweden, please send us an email. We will inform you about the fee based on your shipping address.
Shipping times can take up to 7-15 business days depending on your location. Delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
Returns and Exchanges
Return policy
All orders may be returned up to 14 days after receiving the package. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return to us in their original packaging & original condition. Returns must be sent back to us in its original packaging and quality otherwise your refunds or exchanges will not be proceeded. When we receive your return, we will proceed with your refund right away.
Exchange policy
Exchanges are available for alternative sizes and color only. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. Orders may be returned up to 14 days after receiving the package. We do not support any exchange shipments cost. Customers pay for their own exchange fees.
How to return or exchange
If you wish to return/exchange products, please email us at support@drominlabel.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and guide you how to do the next steps.
Pack your items into the original packaging and seal the box.
Label the package. Attach the shipping label securely to the outside of the box, ensuring that the previous delivery label and barcode is covered.
Send the pakckage back to our company address: Kastvindsgatan 1, 41417, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Your return shipping fees will be deducted into your total amount of refund.
